Project Overview

A platform to connect thousands of people virtually, event organizers can host events, various exhibitors can book their booths in the event, and participants can log in/register to explore the event. The platform consists of Online chat, video conferencing, announcements, virtual fairs.

About the Client

The client was from the middle east and had a digital agency, worked uniquely on Digital marketing, video, photography, and also hosted events through 3rd party platform, but the customization of the platform was not possible as per his client's need, and also those were no cost-effective, thus they decided to make their own virtual platform.

Business Requirements

As this pandemic got started, physical events were not easy to organize, but as events are part of people's life our client wanted a platform that can multi-host various virtual events. Virtual conferences, fairs, games, webinars, etc. that are customized as per events and n number of users can participate.

Challenges

The main challenge of the platform was to manage the chat and video call functionality, smoothly for more than 12,000 participants. But we managed and made it run successfully.
